By accessing or using DentiVue (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DentiVue is a practice management platform for dental professionals. It provides tools for patient records, visit documentation, treatment planning, case presentations, patient communication, and practice analytics. DentiVue is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all patient data entered into the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary patient consent for storing and processing their information through the Service. We process patient data solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate patient summaries and educational content. AI-generated content is provided as a convenience and should always be reviewed by a licensed dental professional before being shared with patients. DentiVue is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content.

When your practice sends messages through DentiVue, patients may receive SMS messages including:
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by clinic. Patients may receive up to 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
Opt-out: Patients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the patient re-enrolls.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
DentiVue is a practice management tool, not a medical device. Clinics and dental professionals are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, patient care, and treatment outcomes. Content generated by the Service (including AI-generated summaries) does not constitute medical advice.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentiVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account.
